Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) : We ship nationwide across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at gawdtiesstudios@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
